-Minimum of 2 sessions a week
1 month 2 sessions a week £35 p/h £280 (to be used up within 1.5 months)
2 months 2 sessions a week £32.5 p/h £520 (to be used up within 2.5 months)
3 months 2 sessions a week £30 p/h £720 (to be used up within 3.5 months)
-Weekly emails to help you with your nutrition
-Weekly text messages to help with your workouts
-Fitness tests including- strength tests, endurance tests,
body weight, fat%, hip to waist and BMI (every 6 weeks)
